 The cardiac diseases has made everyone mind feeling the fear that he or she is suffering from heart related problems like a heart attack. 

As a result that take extreme stress and instead of consulting doctor, use various kinds of medicines is that the right approach? 

Of course you will agree with me it is not a wise man approached. Often even educated people either ignore the chest pain or take medicines without a doctor's prescription or without a diagnosis of diseases.

 The chest pain right side and back arises due to so many reasons. You may not point out a diseases without diagnosing it.

Causes of Chest Pain Right Side and Back

Gallstones 

 These are the stones that develop in the bile duct or gallbladder and cause severe pain in the right side chest pain and back side.

Types of Gallstones 

1. Black pigment -- Increased destruction rate in red blood cell
2. Cholesterol (this is associated with female gender, elevated blood triglyceride levels,pregnancy, oral hormonal therapy, the rapid loss of weight obesity and Crohn's disease.)
3.  Brown pigment - infection of bile

Common symptoms of gallstones

 Symptoms play an important role in diagnosing the gallstone leading to back and chest pain. Common symptoms are biliary colic and cholecystitis. 

Complications

 Gallbladders creates several complication in our body including jaundice, gangrene, fistula,pancreatitis, sepsis and ileus.

Test to identify gallstones are 
Transabdominal ultrasonography,Magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP),duodenal drainage, endoscopic ultrasonography, cholescintigraphy(HIDA scan) ,endoscopic retrograde cholangio pancreatography(ERCP),liver and pancreatic blood test, oral cholecystogram(OCG),and IVC(intravenous cholangiogram) .

Arthritis 

Arthritis is defined as a joint disorder which causes inflammation in one or more joints. To date around hundred forms of arthritis have been identified.
Rheumatoid Arthritis badly affect the heart muscles and blood vessels. This cause pain in the right chest and back side. Rheumatoid arthritis Arthritis can be diagnosed while weaving you are medical history file and examine your physical state and level of swelling and Movement in joint. 

Angina

 Lack of blood flow causes severe pain in the back and right side. In medical terminology,we name it angina. 

All the right side chest pain is not regarded as a symbol of heart attacks, if you are suffering from Anglina then it may turn into heart diseases. You may feel your heart working fast as when you do exercises.

Symptoms of Angina

• Nausea
• Sweating 
• Dizziness 
• Breathing Problem 
• Jaw pain, neck pain 
• Back and chest pain 

Lungs causing chest pain right side and back

 Often lungs create extreme pain in the back and in the right side just stop there are various reasons for lungs problem, some of them are 

Pulmonary embolism:   Blood clot when lodge in the lungs.

Pleuritis:  inflammation in the lining of the lungs and causes a lot of pain while sneezing,coughing and breathing.

Pneumothorax: due to injury, lungs release year directly into the chest which causes pain in the back side and right side chest.

Lungs abscess : it is also called pneumonia and is an infection that result in pus cough, fever and chills.

These  are some causes which can be the reason of right side chest pain and back pain.So please diagnosis properly then treat it in right way.
